Camera Car Agent

Night Shift | Full-Time

Tri-State Recovery is hiring a Camera Car Agent to operate our technology-equipped vehicles during nighttime operations. This role is critical to our repossession workflow and offers a clear path for advancement within the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate company camera cars equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology.

  • Drive structured routes across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

  • Identify and log target vehicles using Clearplan and RDN.

  • Communicate in real time with the overnight team via Slack.

  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow strict compliance protocols.

  • Work independently while maintaining professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Comfortable using technology (Slack, GPS, tablets, software systems).

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work overnight hours.

  • Prior driving or surveillance experience is a plus (training provided).

Recovery Agent

Responsibilities

  • Locate and secure assigned vehicles using LPR and internal systems.

  • Safely operate company tow trucks.

  • Transport vehicles to designated storage locations.

  • Complete required photos, logs, and documentation through mobile systems.

  • Follow company procedures and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a solid driving history.

  • Strong situational awareness and sound judgment.

  • Ability to handle physical work, including securing vehicles.

  • Comfortable working flexible shifts.
